Please provide clear pictures of the defect in the product, and an explanation of the reason you wish
to return the item, so we can solve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Make sure the item remains unused and in its original condition and packages received.
Items that have been used or out of the original package are not eligible for returns.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
